Sixty tickets/postcards, resembling telegram forms, will be distributed during citydrift/Portland (September 19-21st, 2014) in an effort to share and create organically with strangers. The tickets will be stamped and addressed to Mr. Smith. Tickets are to be redeemed for poemgrams. Recipients are directed to provide a subject for a commissioned poem and the name and address it will be sent to. When Mr. Smith receives a ticket he will write a poem based on the subject and mail a poemgram to the address given. Poemgrams will be published here, anonymously, on this blog, after they have been mailed.
